About Us

BES Systems began in 2005 in the back room of a friends office, and comprises of a small but dedicated team of 3: Tom, James and Woody.

Having hired sound systems and PA equipment ourselves for many years, through DJing and club promoting, we became fed up with hiring tired, worn out equipment, and having to hire sound systems for a whole weekend when we only needed it for perhaps a Sunday afternoon, and so decided to do it ourselves.

We decided early on to make sound quality our top priority, along with friendly, flexible down to earth service, as we know how intimidating a lot of technical talk can be. 

We found that normal office hours wern't very convenient, when most events happen evenings and weekends, so decided to be available 7 days until late. We also offer a comprehensive delivery and collection service.

2008  has seen BES Systems continue to expand, with the capability to supply both indoor and outdoor stage structures and also equipment for the highly competitive sound and AV market, with high profile, hi-spec events all over the UK and into Europe.

Thanks to invesment in industry leading brands such as Barco, Shure & Martin Audio, and a strong relationship with one of Londons most respected event management and production companies, Drive Productions [www.driveproductions.com], BES Systems has succesfully branched out into the competitive corporate conferencing market with great success.
This coupled with our brand new state of the art Litec outdoor stage [www.outdoor stage.net]  means we can now offer complete staging, audio and AV packages to suit all types of event.
